Credit Cards
In Optic at Home we accept payment via credit card with VISA and MASTERCARD. (We do not accept American Express)
Bank Transfer
If at checkout you choose this method of payment, we will send you an email which will give you the bank account number to make the transfer, when done, you only need to insert your number of order and name where it says concept.
After the transfer, it would be appropriate to send us an email with proof of such transfer, to avoid delaying the order process.
Promotional Coupons (Codes)
If you have promotional coupons available, you will be able to use them in any given order, you only have to fill in the required data on the specific areas.
All transactions are made through secure connections with financial institutions with which we work, all of them being first level entities that guarantee all transactions.
Data Protection Law does not allow us to access the details of the transactions, so if you are experiencing problems with any payment, best way is to contact your bank or credit card provider.
